We waited until the season was in full swing before making our latest gin so we could make sure everything was as ripe as possible and our roses were in full bloom.

Think bright, crisp and refreshing when it comes to this edition.

The fresh ingredients we have chosen for Spring include rose, mandarin, grapefruit, hibiscus, green apple and lavender. 

For those familiar with our last edition, we've pulled back a bit on the citrus and added more emphasis on floral notes.

This edition is also being used in a special barrel aged project coming out later this year, so keep your eyes peeled.
