If you don’t mind a spritz, a Negroni, Americano or any number of Italian favourites - this is the drink for you.
Grown locally by artist Felicity Smith, the main ingredient is seville oranges, and they are the perfect balance of sweet, sour and bitter. The oranges are steeped for a month along with strawberries, nagami kumquats, mandarin, honey and a number of other ingredients to round it out into the perfect drink to cool you down for a warm evening.
The spirit used it the same as our base spirit for our gin, a triple dis- tilled vodka made in-house using molasses.
